Well - It is amazing how quickly high calorie items can add up - need to watch my intake and maybe take a trip to the gym before preparing for property tax hearing on friday - tonight is meeting

Weigh IN - August 18th 2009 - 303.8 lbs
Well 300 is approaching
I am 303.8 lbs today after sweating on a morning lawn mowing - but I will keep tracking my intake and looking to improve my overall health.
It will be nice to be under 300 - I can not wait
I also need to restart the employment hunt and apply for multiple positions and seek some interviews
I also need to go track down some autoparts today

August 6th 2009 - Possible Plateau
Hello Blog-o-sphere
To coincide with the DDoS attack on Twitter - I think I have hit a plateau in my weight loss - I have contacted my nutritionist at the The NuMe and I look forward to hearing some suggestions.
I am going to record my food intake and post it here once again since I have had success with such recording in the past as well as exercise. I have been between 311 and 309.8 for about a week now and today when I weighed I was 311 but I think that may be a little off - but it seems like I have stalled
Well that is the update will tell more soon
