Well 300 is approaching
I am 303.8 lbs today after sweating on a morning lawn mowing - but I will keep tracking my intake and looking to improve my overall health.
It will be nice to be under 300 - I can not wait
I also need to restart the employment hunt and apply for multiple positions and seek some interviews

August 6th 2009 - Possible Plateau
Hello Blog-o-sphere
To coincide with the DDoS attack on Twitter - I think I have hit a plateau in my weight loss - I have contacted my nutritionist at the The NuMe and I look forward to hearing some suggestions.
I am going to record my food intake and post it here once again since I have had success with such recording in the past as well as exercise. I have been between 311 and 309.8 for about a week now and today when I weighed I was 311 but I think that may be a little off - but it seems like I have stalled
Well that is the update will tell more soon

Well I have been working on the pool - it looks like it might finally be sorted and might be habitable again in the near future.
I am feeling good about my weight loss and and looking forward to being under 300 here soon - I only have 11 lbs to go - it will be a welcome relief - also it means that I have lost 65 lbs - well that is about it for now

Welcome to Myke 2.0 July 10th 2009
Hello !
Welcome to Myke 2.0 - as is the trend in the Internet and World Wide Web today everything is 2.0 or the new and improved.
Well I am now 2.0 - I have had a gastric sleeve on June 11th 2009 and since the initial consult with my Doc when I was 365 I am now 323 - so a loss of 42 lbs - Yeah
I am excited about these changes and with the news that the H1N1 virus may target and cause more harm to the obese it makes me happy to know I soon will no longer be morbidly obese, obese, or potentially even overweight.
Eating is still a task - it is a touch and go phase - I have my 2nd follow-up appointment with my Doc on July 20th and I am to test my ability to consume protein in 30 min.
I would advise anyone doing this to seek out the Chocolate Premiere Shakes which are at Costco and have 30g of protein per shake with only 160 Cal - they are keeping me in good shape and also making sure my body targets the fat and not simple glucose.
I am seeking exercise and need to get to the gym soon - I have been on Holiday since July 2nd in the Portland area.
I have many tips and tricks and hints about the gastric sleeve and hope to develop more information as time progresses and Myke 2.0 develops.
